Change of mind

At PramFox, safety is our utmost priority. Hence, to maintain our high standards, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns on safety products which have been unboxed as we are not able to resell these with 100% certainty that they are brand new, unused and, above all, safe. This safety practice is akin to clothing stores not being able to accept returns on underwear for hygiene reasons. If you are not sure whether a product is right for you, you can contact us.

If you have purchased a product which is not a safety restraint and do change your mind, please return it in a fully resaleable condition to our warehouse (not our head office - PramFox Warehouse c/- S.E.T. Logistics: 5 Changi South Lane, #05-02, ALOG Changi Districentre1, Singapore 486045) within seven days. Please let us know when to expect your order so we can promptly prepare your credit note. Also, do note that returns are eligible for exchange (excluding shipping charges), but not refund. If the products are not in a genuinely resaleable condition, we will not be able to honour the exchange. 

Defective goods

Each product has a unique manufacturer's warranty and a unique process for submitting warranty claims; please refer to the 'Warranty' section of the respective product page for details. We will do our best to streamline and support you through the respective brand's warranty claim procedure, however please take note that most brands require the customer to contact the brand directly to make the warranty claim.

Unless otherwise outlined on the respective product page, manufacturer's warranties cover manufacturing defects. They don't cover wear and tear or damage (including airline damage).
