Shipping policy

We ship from Singapore to Indonesia via the following options:

DHL Express

Delivery in approximately 5 to 10 business days. Customs documents are required for this option. See below.

Door-to-Door Air Freight

Delivery in approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

Door-to-Door Sea Freight

Delivery in approximately 3 to 8 weeks.
Free for orders over 25.000.000 IDR.

DHL Express: Customs and Documentation

Orders sent by DHL Express are imported into Indonesia in your name, so Indonesian customs will need documents from you before your parcel can be released. This includes your 16-digit NPWP, which for Indonesian residents is the NIK printed on your KTP, and a signed Surat Kuasa authorising DHL to clear the parcel for you. A scan or photo of the Surat Kuasa is fine.

Depending on your order, customs may ask for more. 

If customs holds your parcel

Clearance decisions are made by Indonesian customs, not by PramFox or DHL. Customs can ask for additional documents or hold a parcel for inspection at any point, and neither we nor DHL can shorten that process or give a firm release date once a parcel is held.

Important points to note:

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your parcel and delivery method. Duties and taxes may be collected at checkout or charged on delivery, depending on your order and delivery method.

  • Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout for delivery updates.

  • PramFox will not be liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges or handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the recipient rejects a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or when our delivery partners are unable to reach the recipient.

Multiple Shipments

Some products are shipped from different locations. If your order includes items that are fulfilled separately, you may see more than one shipping cost at checkout.

Delivery Instructions
If you have special delivery instructions, such as leaving your parcel with reception or in a safe place, please let us know at checkout or when arranging delivery.
