Shipping policy

We ship from Singapore to Indonesia via the following options:

DHL Express

Delivery in approximately 5 to 10 business days.

Door-to-Door Air Freight

Delivery in approximately 1 to 3 weeks.

Door-to-Door Sea Freight

Delivery in approximately 3 to 8 weeks.
Free for orders over 25.000.000 IDR.

Important points to note:

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on your parcel and delivery method.
Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout for delivery updates.
PramFox will not be liable for the postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges or handling fees incurred once the parcel has left our warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, cases where the recipient rejects a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or when our delivery partners are unable to reach the recipient.

Multiple Shipments

Some products are shipped from different locations. If your order includes items that are fulfilled separately, you may see more than one shipping cost at checkout.
