Airfree
Airfree purifiers are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
BabyBjörn
BabyBjörn bouncers, carriers, and cots/cradles are covered against manufacturing defects only. These products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
To activate your warranty, please complete the Global Outsource Solutions Warranty Registration Form within 7 days of purchase.
If you purchased your BabyBjörn product before your baby’s arrival, please email your baby’s birth certificate to Global Outsource Solutions at littlehumans.cs@khi.global so your warranty period can be adjusted.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Baby K'tan
The Baby K'tan Baby Carrier is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects only. To activate your warranty, please complete the Global Outsource Solutions Warranty Registration Form within 7 days of purchase.
If you purchased your Baby K'tan product before your baby’s arrival, please email your baby’s birth certificate to Global Outsource Solutions at littlehumans.cs@khi.global so your warranty period can be adjusted.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Beaba
Beaba baby monitors, milk warmers, and food processors are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
BeSafe
BeSafe car seats are covered by a 1-year warranty against material or manufacturing faults. The warranty is valid only when the car seat is used appropriately and with care.
The warranty does not apply if:
- There is no proof of purchase
- Defects are caused by incorrect or improper use
- Defects result from abuse, misuse, or negligence
The warranty period is not extended by any repair. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Britax
Britax car seats come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear.
To activate your warranty, please complete your Britax Product Registration and keep your original proof of purchase. The original receipt will be required for any warranty claim.
Bubble
Bubble products are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects or faults. This warranty does not cover wear and tear or misuse. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Bugaboo
Bugaboo products come with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This applies to strollers, high chairs, travel cots, Certified Refurbished products, and accessories purchased through authorised retailers in Singapore.
All Bugaboo strollers are eligible for an extended 2-year warranty (4 years total) when registered online at the Bugaboo Product Registration page within 3 months of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as issues with the chassis, frame, wheels, zippers, seams, or harness parts. It does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, accidental damage, airline handling damage, or products bought second hand or from unauthorised sellers.

Charlie Crane
All Charlie Crane products purchased from PramFox come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use with proof of purchase.
Spare Parts After Warranty
If you need a spare part after the warranty period, please contact PramFox. We will do our best to help you order the part you need, subject to availability from the manufacturer.
Include the following in your message:
- The model of your product
- A photo of the label showing the serial number, production date, or any other identifying information
- The specific part you need
- Your full shipping address
Please note that spare parts requested outside the warranty period will be at the customer’s expense.
Chicco
Chicco products, including strollers, car seats, highchairs, travel cots, Cuddle & Bubble, electric sterilisers, bottle warmers, and baby walkers, are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects when purchased from Chicco or PramFox.
Proof of purchase and the warranty card are required for any warranty claim. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Chicco’s liability is limited to repairing or replacing products with manufacturing defects; losses or damages caused directly or indirectly by the products are not covered.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, or damage from negligence, lack of maintenance, abnormal or unreasonable use
- Damage during transit or damage from accessories/parts not manufactured by Chicco
- Defects caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbances, accidents, or natural disasters
- Components requiring replacement in the ordinary course of use (e.g., tyre wear, faded fabrics, worn rubber)
- Lost or stolen items; missing parts will incur charges for replacements and shipping
- Products with altered, tampered, or removed serial numbers/model names
- Products not installed, maintained, or used according to manufacturer instructions
- Products damaged by unauthorised repairs, modifications, or dismantling
During the warranty period, product components such as parts, accessories, or fabrics may be discontinued or modified. This may result in replacement or repaired parts that differ from the original model. Charges will apply for the cost of parts and shipping.
The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase and does not cover shipping and handling costs. If issues are not covered by warranty or occur outside the warranty period, the consumer must bear all related expenses.
For service, contact PramFox or visit an authorised Chicco service centre. Do not attempt to dismantle or repair products yourself, as this may void the warranty.
Childhome
Childhome products are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Cybex
Cybex products are covered against manufacturing defects only. Car seats come with a 3-year warranty, while strollers are covered for 2 years. To activate your warranty, please complete the Global Outsource Solutions Warranty Registration Form within 7 days of purchase.
If you purchased your Cybex product before your baby’s arrival, please email your baby’s birth certificate to Global Outsource Solutions at littlehumans.cs@khi.global so your warranty period can be adjusted.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Brands D-M

Doona
Doona car seats are covered by a 2-years warranty against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty period is effective from the day of purchase. Ensure you save your receipt and bring it to us should you have any warranty issues. The warranty covers Doona car seats and strollers that have been handled properly and sent to us in good condition.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Natural signs of wear and damage resulting from excessive stress.
- Damage resulting from inappropriate or improper use.
- When the product has been used for a purpose other than that provided user instructions.

Dr Brown's
Dr. Brown’s electric sterilisers and warmers are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim. Please register your product on the Dr Brown’s Warranty Registration Page to activate your warranty.
Elvie
Elvie pumps are backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship: the Hub is covered for two years, and the washable components for 90 days, from the date of original purchase.
Defects discovered within the warranty period should be reported promptly. Chiaro Technology Limited (“Chiaro”) reserves the right to investigate the cause of any defect and may, at its discretion, determine whether to replace the product free of charge.
This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration or damage caused by general wear and tear, physical or natural destruction, accident, misuse, neglect, or other external causes. Any attempt to disassemble the Hub will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover purchases from non-authorised resellers.
Warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase, alongside these warranty conditions. Chiaro must be notified of any defects and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which must be displayed on the outside of the return packaging. If Chiaro provides a replacement, it will not extend the life of the original warranty.
This product is designed for use by a single user only. Use by more than one person may pose a health risk and will void the warranty.

Ergobaby
Ergobaby offers the following warranties against manufacturing defects:
- Baby carriers and bouncers: 5 years
- Strollers and high chairs: 2 years
- Other products: 1 year
These warranties do not cover wear and tear or misuse. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Haenim
Haenim UV sterilisers purchased from PramFox come with a 2-year warranty on the unit and a 5-year warranty on the UVC-LED components (effective from 1 January 2021). The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
In case of a manufacturing defect (and no other cause), customers are entitled to a refund within 7 days of purchase or a one-to-one exchange within 30 days.
To activate the warranty, register your product within 30 days at the Haenim Warranty Registration page.
If you purchased your Haenim steriliser before your baby was born, you can extend your warranty start date to your baby’s birth date (up to 6 months from the purchase date). To do this, update your details at the Haenim Warranty Update page. You’ll also need to show your baby’s birth certificate when making a claim.
This warranty applies only to Haenim products purchased from authorised sellers in Singapore. It is non-transferable and must be serviced at the Haenim Singapore service centre. No home servicing is available.
Not covered under warranty:
- UV lamps (3G and 4G models), power cords, trays, and accessories.
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, rough handling, liquid spills, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Wear and tear, unauthorised repairs, or modifications.
- Claims without proper warranty registration and proof of purchase.

Joolz
Joolz Warranty in Asia
When you purchase a Joolz stroller from PramFox, you receive a 10-year warranty automatically applied from the date of purchase. This warranty combines a 2-year standard warranty and an 8-year extended warranty, giving you peace of mind as your family grows.
Please keep your original sales receipt, as it is required for any warranty claim.

- Damage from incorrect assembly or installation of third-party parts or accessories not compatible with the stroller
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unintentional or deliberate damage, or abnormal use
- Improper storage or care of the product
- Damage to handlebar grips or fabric resulting from normal or daily use
- Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised persons or disassembly without Joolz’s consent
- Transport damage from airlines or other carriers (check your stroller after transport and file claims directly with the carrier if needed)
- Dissatisfaction with fit, weight, functionality, colour, or design
- If the serial number is damaged or removed
Additional terms and conditions:
- Warranty applies only to Joolz strollers purchased for private use in Asia.
- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred or assigned.
- Replacements or repairs under warranty do not extend the original 10-year warranty period.

- Note: The Louie highchair comes with a standard 3-year warranty. To extend this to 10 years, you must register your purchase within 3 months.
All warranties cover material and construction defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear, such as color changes.
- Changes to the product after purchase due to external factors such as humidity, environmental pollution, sunlight/light, temperature, etc.
- Improper use of the product.
- Changes to the product after using accessories not approved or marketed by Leander.
- Secondary damage caused by, for example, persons and/or objects of any kind
- Failure to follow the guidelines for assembly, use and maintenance provided with the product.
Warranty Claims
If you discover a defect or fault within the warranty period, please contact PramFox as soon as possible. We’ll assist you with any issues covered under the warranty, including defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal use.
To ensure the fastest processing, please provide:
- Photos of the defect or problem
- A brief description of the defect or problem
- The product’s article number
- A receipt or proof of purchase
- For furniture: the production number (found on the base, e.g., 126-101114)
Once PramFox has registered your claim with Leander, we strive to process it as quickly as possible. However, some cases may require consultation with Leander’s suppliers, which can extend processing time.
If Leander determines the claim is justified, they will typically offer a credit note, replacement parts, or an exchange.
LilleBaby
LilleBaby carriers are covered for 6 months against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Maxi-Cosi
Maxi-Cosi products are covered by a standard 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship when used in normal conditions and in accordance with the user manuals.
The original proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
The warranty does not cover:
Items not covered under warranty include any damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, malicious damage, negligence, or if you do not follow the guidance set out in the user manual.
Examples of normal wear and tear include:
- Wheels that have worn down through regular use.
- The natural fading of colours over extended time and use.
- Damage to the material as a result of daily use, such as rips, burns, holes, or worn patches.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed under warranty, Maxi-Cosi may repair the product free of charge, provide a replacement part, or replace the product with the same or closest model and colour. Shipping costs for warranty-approved repairs or replacements are typically covered by Maxi-Cosi. Repairs do not extend the warranty period.

Medela breast pumps come with a 2-year warranty covering the motor only.

Mifold seats purchased from PramFox come with a 1-year warranty in Singapore from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

The warranty is valid only in Singapore, as Mountain Buggy products and parts may differ in other countries.
Mountain Buggy products are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original owner. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
If Mountain Buggy confirms a manufacturing defect under warranty, they will repair or replace the product at their discretion, free of charge. A repair may involve sending you a repair kit or components to fit yourself. Mountain Buggy will only suggest self-repairs if they are straightforward.
The warranty does not cover:
- Products purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller
- Misuse, abnormal use, overloading
- General wear and tear (including cuts, tears, or child outgrowing the product)
- Customer dissatisfaction with fit, weight, functionality, colour, or design
- Child outgrowing product
- Damage during transportation (including airline or freight)
- Failure to follow instructions
- Lack of maintenance or negligence
- Fading, tyre punctures, or corrosion from environmental conditions
- Damage to handlebars, grips, tyres, tubes, or fabrics from normal handling, daily use, or over-inflation
- Modified products (modification voids the warranty)

Loss, consequential loss, or damage to any person or property directly or indirectly caused by using the product is expressly excluded.

Nuna's Promise
Nuna purposely designed our high-quality product so that it can grow with both your child and family. Because of this, Nuna's gear is covered by a warranty, starting from the day it was delivered.
Warranty Period
1-year warranty: baby carriers, infant car seats, carrycots
2-year warranty: strollers, convertible car seats, high chairs, travel cots
The warranty begins on the day your item is delivered. To ensure your warranty is active, register your product through the Nuna Product Registration Form. When filling out the form, enter your delivery date in the ‘Purchase Date’ field.
Specifics
If your Nuna gear shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, please contact PramFox. You’ll need your sales receipt, proof of purchase, model number, and serial number when making a claim.
Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods bought in Singapore.
Nuna's warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear such that would occur over extended product lifecycle usage such as natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials
- Incorrect or inappropriate usage of gear including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in Nuna’s manuals
- Casualties and carelessness including those caused by both unsuitable parts and by both air or freight transportation
- Repairs carried out by a third party.
Oeuf
All Oeuf furniture purchased from PramFox is covered under the following warranty periods:
5-Year Limited Warranty: Wood frames and wood components
- Covers material and manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
- During the first year, replacement parts, labour, and shipping costs are covered.
After the first year, the warranty covers replacement parts only.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Finishes and hardware components
- Covers material and manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
- During the warranty period, replacement parts, labour, and shipping costs are covered.
This warranty does not cover:
- Merchandise used as a floor sample or display model
- Merchandise purchased “as is” or second-hand
- Merchandise purchased at a distress sale or going-out-of-business sale
- Merchandise purchased from a liquidator
- Damage caused during transportation or improper storage
- Defects from normal wear and tear
- Damage from product misuse
- Alterations or modifications made after purchase
- Use with non-Oeuf approved or non-Oeuf marked accessories

Plane Pal
The Plane Pal Travel Pillow comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects when the product has been used according to the manufacturer’s instructions under normal use and with reasonable care.
During the warranty period, faulty products will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Plane Pal Asia. Proof of purchase (official receipt) is required to make a warranty claim.
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects or damage resulting from misuse, rough handling, neglect, abuse, or accident
- Damage from abnormal use, improper storage, improper cleaning, unauthorised repair, alteration, or punctures
- The cost of delivery or transportation of the product for warranty service
- Normal wear and tear
Additional Terms

- Careless maintenance

Sofzsleep
All Sofzsleep baby mattresses come with a 3-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, starting from the original date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase.
Who the warranty covers:
- Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Warranty is non-transferable.
What the warranty covers:
- First year: If manufacturing defects are found, Sofzsleep will repair or replace the mattress at no charge (transport costs excluded). Replacement may use comparable materials or models, and an exact match is not guaranteed.
- Years two and three: Repairs or replacements will be charged at 1/10th of the current list price multiplied by the total number of years owned, plus transport costs.
What the warranty does not cover:
- Mattress covers (inner/outer covers and zips), including shrinkage or damage from washing.
- Variations in mattress fabric colour or design.
- Natural loss of comfort or firmness over time.
- Size differences within ±2 cm in width and length.
- Damage or deformation caused by improper use, intentional damage, abnormal humidity or heat, fungal growth, contamination, or discolouration.
- Damage from exposure to direct sunlight or not using proper fabric covers.
- Damage from an uneven, broken, or unsuitable bed base. A bed base that’s too hard, too soft, unsupportive, or restricts airflow can damage the mattress and void the warranty.
- Mattresses that are stained, soiled, or infested with vermin, dust mites, or bed bugs.
- Any repairs done by third parties will void the warranty.
- Transport, inspection, or removal costs are not included.

Spectra
Spectra breast pumps are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase or your baby’s birth date, whichever is later.
What is covered:
- The pump unit is covered for two years.
- The charger is covered for seven days.
- Accessories are not covered under warranty.
- The air cap on the Spectra S1+ is not covered under warranty.
Important notes:
- The warranty is available only to the registered customer.
- It is not transferable, negotiable, or assignable to any third party.
- The warranty is void if liquid (water or milk) is found inside the breast pump.

Stokke
Stokke® Extended Warranty
Several Stokke products are eligible for the Extended Warranty, which can prolong the warranty period to either 3 or 7 years. You will need the serial number and the proof of purchase of your Stokke product for a successful registration. The Extended Warranty, as well as the regular warranty, are both only valid along with the proof of purchase. Products purchased directly on the stokke.com website come with an automatic Extended Warranty and it is not required to register them.
Registration and Validity
Please complete your Stokke Extended Warranty Registration to activate your extended warranty. You will need to create or log in to your Stokke account to register your product.

Products with Standard 2-Year Warranty Only
The following products are entitled to a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty and are not covered by the Extended Warranty programme:
- Flexi Bath®
- Flexi Bath® Stand
- Stokke® Limas
Exclusions
The Stokke® Extended Warranty does not cover issues caused by normal use of the product – “wear and tear”, overloading of the product, minor variations in materials such as colour differences as well as extreme influence by external factors such as sunlight, temperature, humidity and environmental pollution.
Damage caused by accidents, transport, collisions or mishaps as well as theft are not covered by the Stokke® Extended Warranty.
Should the product have been fitted with accessories that are not supplied by Stokke® as part of the product range and collection, any consequential damage caused thereof is not covered by the Stokke® Extended Warranty.

TernX
The TernX luggage stroller comes with a 12-month carry-in warranty against manufacturing defects. For any claims, please contact PramFox.
Theraline
Theraline products are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Thule
Thule strollers are covered for 1 year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid for the original owner only and is non-transferable.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or everyday soiling
- Commercial use
- Stains, mould, or damage from improper care, harsh detergents, non-food grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents, or corrosives
- Colour changes from exposure to direct sunlight against the instructions in the manual
- Reduced quality due to normal wear and tear
- Tearing or torn seams in the stroller basket (maximum weight allowance: 3 kg) caused by overweight baggage
- Products not used according to their intended purpose
Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Toddlekind
Toddlekind products are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
Tula
Baby Tula Explore Carriers, Tula Lite Carriers, Free-to-Grow Carriers, Standard Carriers, Toddler Carriers, Preschool Carriers, Ring Slings, and Signature Carriers are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against manufacturing flaws.
What’s not covered:
- Products purchased secondhand or from unauthorised sellers
- Counterfeit items or items that have been altered
- Damage caused by not following washing instructions
- Normal wear and tear, fabric fading, minor size differences, wrap nubs or flaws, or variations in stitching
All Baby Tula products are handmade, so slight variations in appearance are normal and do not affect use or safety.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Tutti Bambini
Tutti Bambini cots come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. To activate your warranty, please complete the Global Outsource Solutions Warranty Registration Form within 7 days of purchase.
If you purchased your Tutti Bambini product before your baby’s arrival, please email your baby’s birth certificate to Global Outsource Solutions at littlehumans.cs@khi.global so your warranty period can be adjusted.
Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
Ubbi
Ubbi products are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
UPPAbaby
Below are the warranty periods and terms for UPPAbaby products purchased from PramFox.
3-Year Limited Warranty: Strollers, In-Home Products & Select Accessories
Applies to Strollers, Bassinet, Bouncer, High Chair, Playard, and Select Accessories (RumbleSeat, Changing Station, Piggyback)
Your UPPAbaby product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
2-Year Limited Warranty: Other Accessories
Your UPPAbaby product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
Lifetime Warranty: Infant Car Seats
Lifetime warranty applies to UPPAbaby car seats and the original owner, within the lifetime of the product. To receive your Product Lifetime Warranty, you MUST provide a valid purchase receipt from PramFox. The lifetime of the product is up to 7 years from date of manufacture.
Your UPPAbaby product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 7 years from the date of manufacture under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
General Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty is valid only in Singapore. UPPAbaby will not ship replacement or repair parts outside of Singapore.
This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase from PramFox. Proof of purchase must be retained for this warranty.
UPPAbaby will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs as determined fitting by the company. UPPAbaby reserves the right to exchange item with a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the item is improved over time.
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by misuse or poor maintenance. (Please refer to the product instruction manual for guidance on item use and maintenance).
- Damage caused by improper installation of UPPAbaby parts and/or accessories. (Please refer to the product instruction manual for guidance on item assembly and use).
- Damage caused by corrosion mold or rust due to poor maintenance, service or storage.
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear.
- Damage or degradation caused by the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage conditions or frequent washings.
- Repairs or modifications carried out by a third party.
- Product purchased from an unauthorised retailer.
- Second owners and users other than the registrant.
- Damage resulting from airline shipping and handling.
- Products involved in an accident.
UPPAbaby reserves the right to determine if warranty terms and conditions have been met.
UPPAbaby TravelSafe Programme
The UPPAbaby TravelSafe Programme takes the stress out of air travel by ensuring your UPPAbaby gear is protected when you travel with it in an UPPAbaby Travel Bag. Travel more, worry less!
For strollers, RumbleSeat, or bassinet accessories, TravelSafe extends your protection to 4 years from your gear purchase date (3 years under the standard warranty plus 1 additional year with TravelSafe). The additional year only covers damage caused to your gear inside the Travel Bag during air travel.
How to Make a TravelSafe Claim
Make a claim by contacting PramFox within 14 days of your return and provide all of the following:
- Name, address and pictures of the serial numbers of both gear and Travel Bag.
- Pictures of damage to gear.
- Proof of travel with departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation.
- Original proof of purchase for both gear and Travel Bag in your name.
Regulations
Programme benefits are contingent upon your gear being under its original warranty. UPPAbaby cannot replace gear if lost by the airline. Proof of purchase must be provided in order to make a claim.
Wildride
Wildride carriers come with a 1-year warranty. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
