Paid services
Car seat installation
Car seat installations are available at our head office at Raffles Hotel, Punggol, Tanjong Rhu, or on-site at your preferred location ($100 surcharge applies).
Rate: $120 for one seat, $160 for two seats, and $220 for three seats
Paid consultation
Paid consultations with Elise are available online ($75) and in-person ($120).Â
In-home stroller/car seat demonstration
We offer in-home product demonstrations, which incurs a $100 deposit that can be used to offset the cost of your car seat or stroller purchase.
Babywearing fitting
Babywearing fitting is complimentary for baby carrier purchased from us. Otherwise, a $60 deposit applies, which can be offset against the cost of a baby carrier purchase.Â
Newborn fitting
$100 for in-home or in-hospital fitting for newborn car seats and baby carriers, available only for products purchased from PramFox.
Nursery furniture assembly
Premium assembly service available through a trusted third-party contractor for $150 per piece of furniture.
Stroller servicing and repairs
We offer a 50% discount on servicing and part replacement services to our customers who purchased their Mountain Buggy, UPPAbaby, Nuna, and Stokke YOYO (formerly BABYZEN strollers from us directly.
We have three main services:
- Flat tyres: $79 per tyre, plus the cost of parts
- Part replacement: $229 plus the cost of parts
- Tune-up (no repairs or replacements needed): $349
